The bracelet I bought from the company peeled off after the 4th wearing. My order number 166083 came out as a direct coating, not a peeling due to friction. After 6 hours, the customer service WP line just said hello and told me to wait my turn. What kind of intensity can there really be? I don't know if they sell real leather but can't glue it on. 2 days passed and no call back. Not only do they stand behind the product, they don't even respond to customer requests. I am looking forward to the company's solution to the problem.

I brought a wallet, belt and thermos. However, what makes me deeply sad is that I don't think they prioritize customer satisfaction. As a result, I bought a thermos for a price that can be considered quite high. I liked it very much, but there was a scratch on the top plastic and it started to leak. I talked to the customer representative for a day or two about it, but he concluded that it was my fault, that the thermos, which did not even go into the machine, was damaged. You know, it doesn't sell new covers or anything, so it's just left there. I hope you don't show this attitude to your future customers, that day was over for me anyway.
